Ownership, History and tasks for the conversations ahead.
LeadVolt CRM helps real estate agents and company teams review an enquiry, see who owns it and keep the next action in view.
Founded by Obaid Raza, LeadVolt is built around real estate work in Dubai and the UAE. The workspace connects lead details, saved activity and permitted team views across desktop and mobile web.
Assigned and Unassigned views help your team see where the next decision belongs. An Admin can review incoming work and assign it to an eligible agent.
Route supported portal enquiries.
Saved Ref ID ownership helps matching new Bayut enquiries reach the configured owner. New references can be created with an Unassigned lead for Admin review. Assigning that lead establishes the reference owner for future matching enquiries.
Changing a reference mapping affects future routing. It does not silently move existing leads to another agent.
Agents work with their permitted records. Admin and Manager views depend on their authorized scope. Access is checked by the backend as well as reflected in the interface.
Basic agents cannot delete leads, including their own. Reassignment, bulk actions and other changes require their corresponding permissions.
Company setup includes reviewing staff access rather than assuming every user should see the same records.
TOUCHED & UNTOUCHED
Activity follows the current assignment.
A saved status change, note or contact action counts as work on the lead. Opening the record by itself does not clear its Untouched classification.
When an Admin reassigns a lead, the receiving agent starts a fresh Untouched period. Earlier work stays in History, while the new assignment’s activity shows whether it has been worked on again.
The lead’s pipeline status and the activity classification describe different things. A previously Dropped lead can begin a new assignment period without rewriting its earlier status or History.
CALLBACKS, MEETINGS & SITE VISITS
Schedule the action you actually agreed.
Follow-up work needs a saved date and time. LeadVolt keeps linked tasks and scheduled callbacks, meetings or site visits close to the lead so an agent can review the reason before responding.
Overdue work is different from a pipeline stage. A callback can remain scheduled while its due time has passed. Recording a follow-up keeps that distinction visible.
Company timezone settings provide the scheduling context. Users should check the displayed date and time, then wait for the confirmed save.
A PRACTICAL DAILY VIEW
Find the records that need attention.
Use the available lead views and permitted filters to narrow the list by source, owner, status or recorded activity. Search helps locate a name, phone number, project or reference within the accessible records.
Lead and Data imports use separate workflows. Review the destination, CSV format and assignment choices before bringing company records into the CRM.
History connects saved activity with the person and enquiry. An agent can review what was recorded before deciding how to follow up.
Notes, statuses and assignments.
Saved notes explain the context behind a change. Status and assignment history help a permitted user understand the progression of the lead and its handovers.
The actual recorded date and time identify when an action was saved. Missing facts are kept distinct from confirmed information.
Contact actions and provider calls.
Call, WhatsApp and email controls open the relevant contact action. Recording an action does not independently prove that an external message was delivered or that a phone conversation was completed.
Supported Bayut calls can contribute supplied call details and available recordings to History. A provider-supplied duration belongs to that call; it is not invented for an agent’s contact launch.
